Addressing Unconscious Biases in the Virtual Workplace

Hiring managers, recruiters, human resources staff, as well as the entire organization as a whole, have a responsibility to ensure they do all they can to minimize these difficulties by coming to grips with unconscious biases — and eradicating them.
