New Podcast: Dawn Frazier-Bohnert @LibertyMutual on the Inclusion in Action elearning course

Listen to the new Hennessy Report podcast with Dawn Frazier-Bohnert, Senior Vice President and Global Diversity & Inclusion Officer @LibertyMutual. In this podcast, Dawn discusses the Inclusion in Action eLearning video series that Liberty developed with the goal of continuing to build a more inclusive workplace. Based on Liberty’s success with the eLearning course, they decided to make it available to other organizations.

“We wanted to move beyond awareness of inclusion to action. We developed the Inclusion in Action elearning course around 9 skills, or behavioral actions, that we can put into practice in our daily work and lives. We created realistic scenarios to bring the skills to life and our people loved the videos. We know it’s important to do this work not just for ourselves, but also for our communities, so we felt we should make this available to other organizations.”
